Privacy Policy

This policy describes what Realm Index stores, why it is used, and how public and private data are handled.

Information We Collect

We collect the account information needed to operate Realm Index, including username, email address, authentication records, plan state, profile settings, and notification preferences.

When you build a realm page, we store the page title, description, category, images, blocks, custom styling, publish state, and related creator settings.

Applications and Support

If a creator enables application forms, submitted answers are stored so the creator can review and respond to applicants. Form fields may include contact information if the creator asks for it.

Support tickets and replies are stored so operators can help resolve issues. Ticket details may also be mirrored into configured operator Discord channels for support workflows.

Analytics and Logs

We record page view counts and basic visit metadata such as referrer information and a hashed IP value. This helps creators understand traffic without exposing raw IP addresses in the dashboard.

We may keep login history, audit logs, error logs, and moderation records to secure accounts, investigate abuse, troubleshoot bugs, and maintain platform reliability.

Payments

Premium billing may be processed by a third-party payment provider. Realm Index stores payment-related identifiers and subscription state needed to provide paid features, but full payment card details are handled by the payment provider.

Payment events may create account notifications, update plan access, and be retained for support and audit purposes.

How We Use Data

We use stored data to authenticate users, render public pages, provide dashboards, process applications, send notifications, support users, prevent abuse, and improve the service.

Public page content is visible to anyone when published. Private account data, drafts, support tickets, and application submissions are only used for the workflows they belong to.

Your Choices

You can update profile settings, notification preferences, page content, and publish state from the dashboard. You can unpublish a page when you no longer want it publicly visible.

Account deletion or data access requests can be handled through support. Some records may be retained where needed for security, billing, audit, or legal reasons.
